First we bagged up some of the bulk pine needles then we blew the rest off and then later cleaned it up on the ground. Its soft nylon construction will not damage your shingles and can also be used for other tasks such as removing vines from screen porches raking and cleaning a pool. The shop vac hose and a crevice tool are also the least messy method i ve found for cleaning gutters.
